One of the hotel staff in particular was more than excellent and very accomodating, mary. We were also very pleased with the location, it was situated close to everything.

Very nice people and comfortable rooms. Great price.
Location was not ideal, about a $45 taxi fare to the city (about 15km). There is a bus right at the front door that takes you to city for $4.50 but takes about an hour.

We arrived at nearly midnight after a 48 hour journey and the hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The two nights we stayed there everybody was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. The location was midway between the airport and city centre so a good location for either.

The room was a good size with the Super King double. It looked like it had been revamped recently.
We had a road side room and was very noisy, Perhaps a good fence should be erecticed to cut this down.

Second time I have stayed. Same exceptionally high standard of cleanliness (hospital standard), welcoming and friendly staff, easy onsite parking, perfect location to Auckland University - Tamaki. Will stay again.
The floor in room creeked in places when walked on.

The room was tidy and well-maintained, with excellent amenities like free unlimited wi-fi, LCD TV's with SKY, and a comfortable Super King bed. The staff were extra helpful, providing us with a heads-up about an event , which showed they cared about our experience.
Stairs were a bit challenging with heavy luggage.

The wedding that we were attending was there at the hotel so it was convenient. We did not have time to use the facilities but there seemed to be a good range at the hotel.
The lack of soundproofing on the ceiling of the groundfloor.

The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The kids loved the pool & spa. They were very helpful when we needed a babysitter. The restaurant served lovely meals. We will definately be back to stay again.
